Love4Life Charnwood 20:20 Given Community Grant from Clockwise Credit Union

Love4Life Charnwood 20:20 provides a safe space for local, vulnerable girls to access emotional and social support on challenges such as body image, self-esteem, confidence and healthy relationships. Elaine had the pleasure of presenting a Clockwise Community Grant of £250 to staff at Eyres Monsell Community Centre and meeting some of the girls.

Lara Best, Fundraiser for Love4Life charity said “The grant will provide much needed activity resources for our girls’ group in Eyres Monsell. We coordinate a range of activities, crafts and games to deliver emotional & social support on a range of topics including confidence, self-esteem shields and limiting belief biscuit crushing! Support from our staff & young people who experience similar challenges, empowers girls to know their worth & overcome the barriers they face. Thank you very much to Clockwise Credit Union for your support and we look forward to inviting you to our Annual Awards night.”
