Important Information About Branch Openings

Please note that on Thursday 13th February all branches will be closing at 12pm. This will include the phone lines.

We are closed to help our newly merged teams meet and connect to help us bring better, more united, customer service to you, our members.

We know this may cause some inconvenience and we will do everything we can to help you.

You will still be able to access our online resources. If you have any queries that can’t be done online, make sure you call or visit before 12pm on the 13th.

We will be open as usual as of Friday 14th February.

You can also transfer money 24 hours a day to another bank account using our online services.
