You’re invited to the Clockwise 2025 AGM
The AGM is a chance for your voice to be heard – members are at the heart of our organisation, so it’s an opportunity for you to have your say. You, our members, will agree new directors for the next year and note any changes and performance of the business.
Join in and have your say and meet the directors and staff. We would love to see you and it will be a great opportunity for you to hear more about our plans for the coming year.
We will be voting on the following rulebook changes:
- A change to allow the Chair of the Board to come from outside of the common bond. This will enable the board to recruit from a wider and more diverse talent pool
- The addition of the company Watches of Switzerland to the common bond, to allow employees nationwide to join the Credit Union
- Rule to allow the role of secretary to be a non-director position
- Rule change to confirm that all invites will be sent by electronic means as a primary form (however letters will still be sent to members where electronic communication is not available)

For the virtual AGM you simply enter your First Name, Last Name, Email address & Credit Union Membership Number, then press the blue ‘Register’ button.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately, from Jackie Littlewood at ABCUL, with a link to join the meeting.
Ahead of the AGM, you will be sent a reminder email and the link to join the Virtual AGM.
