Clockwise Credit Union is inviting its members to participate in a short focus group on their experience with the Credit Union and how it can do better.
The focus group will be held on 8th June at 4pm at our main branch at 1 St.Nicholas Pl, Leicester LE1 5LB. It will last approximately one hour. Food and refreshments will be provided.
During the focus group, members will be asked a series of questions about their experience with Clockwise, including:
- What do you like about Clockwise?
- What could be improved?
- What suggestions do you have for new products or services?
Your participation is voluntary. For those who attend the focus group, we will offer a £25 Love2Shop Voucher
